Hey all!! It's been so long since I have been in here...so good to be back! I used the new Memory Box Gothic window die, the large Gold Labels 4 and the Memory Box window box. The base card is Metallic Blue, then I chose SU Barely Banana, Calypso Coral, Always Artichoke and Garden green. The "God bless you" is from the SU set, "Trust God". Til next time....

Hello all! More rain today and we really needed it! I received new dies yesterday from Simonsays, all made by Memory Box. LOVE the new "bracket" die and the large Curious Cat. I used some retired SU colors for this, Green Galore and Lovely Lilac. Notice that the female is in front! LOL!! Til later.....Debbie

be Howdy, all! It's been a while since I have been here and I have missed it. This is one of the cards that the gals will be doing in class this month. I used SU cardstocks in Early Espresso, Ivory, Wild Wasabi, Cajun Crush, Barely Banana and Summer Sun. The saying is from one of the sets from the new catalog. I love the Nestie set Sunflowers 2 and use it quite a bit. The clouds are stamped with Paper Trey stamps. Hope to be here every day now! Til tomorrow....Debbie

Howdy, friends.....didn't realize it's been so long since I have been here! So much happening in the past few months, some great and some not so great, BUT we all survive! I worked on this today using SU Elegant eggplant, Paper Trey Lemon Tart and Melon berry cardstocks. The doily is cut on CAPG white shiney paper with a Cherry Lynn doily die. The sunflower is cut with nestabilities and the saying is from Blue Ridge Impressions. I really love working on A7 cards, gives ya more space to work on! Til next time....

L
Howdy all!! Man, I didn't realize it's been so long since I have been in here. Am planning a new design for my blog and am having "brain fog" doing it!
Worked on this card this afternoon after I cut most of our 2 acres, the last hour it rained!  And with no rain in the forecast this morning! I used a base card of SU Elegant eggplant and added Paper Trey Lemon Tart and Melon Berry. The doily was cut with one of the Cherry Lynn doily dies and the sunflower die is from SPELLBINDERS. The vertical saying is from Blue Ridge stamps. I love working on A7 cards, much more space for design! Hopefully, will be back here on a daily basis!

Howdy, all! It's been a few weeks since I have been able to get in here. I discovered a wonderful new item at our local craft store.....Stampendous Aged Embossing Enamel! Worked just like regular embossing powder except it has different colors and sizes of powder in it which gives it a very different look. I used the Marine and Rose on these flowers. They are stamped from the SU set Blossoms and punched out with the matching punch. The cardstocks used are SU Midnight Muse and Gold Mertallic, and Paper Trey Lavender Moon and Rustic Ivory. The background is embossed with the folder "Damask" and the label from the Spellbinders set "Fancy Tags 3. Just wish the pic showed more of the detail. Til next time....

Happy New Year to all! Off to a roaring start....worked on this card this AM starting with a base card of SU Green Galore. I did the background in SU white and stamped it with an SU snowflake stamp with Brilliance silver ink. The frame is cut from the original red Sizzix scalloped oval frame die out of silver glitter cardstock. The pink is SU Pink Pirouette. I used a stamp from Stampendous called "Snow couple". They are stamped on vellum with Black versafine ink and colored with the Sakura glitter pens. I painted the white bodies with Glue and Seal, then sprinkled it with SU Dazzling Diamonds. The snowflakes above them are from an Inkadinkado stamp set and are stamped with Brilliance White ink and sprinkled with diamonds while still wet. Til next time....
