Good day, everyone! What a rainy, dreary day here in the wonderful state of West Virginia! I had to be at the eye doctor early this morning for him to check out my new computer and regular glasses. Some changes need to be made, so next a trip to Sears where I bought them. At least I don't need to send the glasses back to have the new lenses done. The change isn't great enough that I can't at least wear them temporarily til the new lenses come in. I love the computer glasses, as long as I only stare at the computer with my left eye!! LOL!!! Can't do THAT for very long....

A while ago a very good friend and "chat buddy" of mine from CWF sent me these really neat cards with matching envelopes! She had cut them at her LSS out of Bazzill cardstock and so graciously sent me some. I finally had a chance to pull the purple one out and try it. These are great, I love scallops! So these are right down my alley. The stamp set is SU's "True Friend", background paper is from the Once Upon a Time stack by DCWV. I embossed the envelope with Clear Top Sea spray EB and the purple medallion on the card is embossed with dark purple EB. A bit hard to see the shine of both embossing powders in this pic, but in person the green has blue flecks in it. Gotta love embossing....

Am off to get some dinner. DH ate kinda late this afternoon and neither of us were hungry til now. I made some wonderful chicken salad earlier today and it's now time to get it out and pile it on some lettuce! Have a great week, everyone! See ya all tomorrow!
