Good evening! Hope everyone had a wonderful, restful Sunday! I did.....really wish I could have gotten to church, but my bottom is still a bit sore and it's hard to sit for long periods of time. But it's getting better!

The 2nd card for my classes is a slider card, one of my favs to do. I did the base of the envelope part with SU chocolate chip cardstock and the base of the slider part is SU Brocade Blue. The patterned papers are from Pixie Press. I wanted a masculine look to this card, thus the colors that I chose. I used my square Nesties to cut the squares on the front. The ribbon is SU blue Grosgrain stitched ribbon. I think the gals will enjoy making this card.

I am really praying for lots more recovery this week, I am just a bit down in the dumps about my energy level being SO low, but it's all part of the surgery process. DH has been wonderful, cleaning up around here, getting me where I need to go, running errands, etc.....can't ask for a better helper right now!! Til tomorrow....
