Happy Monday, everyone! Great day today, got lots done since DH will be home Wednesday evening. He has been away for work the past 4 months and will be home the WHOLE month of October! So, this gal has been cutting grass, shopping and getting things ready for his "homecoming"!
I worked on this card yesterday afternoon using my new set from Paper Trey, "First Fruits". I love this set! It truly captures the essence of fall in the designs! I used a MS border punch, SU Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wasabi and Ivory. The leaves were stamped with my Kaleidescope Autumn ink pad. It comtains 6 different colored ink pads and creates such a nice look with this leaf stamp. The wheat was stamped with a Cats Eye Chalk ink pad in Bisque (color). It isn't showing very dark in the pic, but it really looks like the color of wheat. I am hoping to use more of this set sometime this week. Til tomorrow....
