Happy Thursday, all! I took a break from Christmas cards to work with the "Bird" Punch from Stampin Up. I love bluebirds, we have a male and female that come to our birdhouse out back every summer. There are 4 blue eggs in the nest and I am waiting for them to hatch.
This card is done with a base card of Brilliant Blue. The brown Chocolate Chip piece is embossed with the new CB embossing folder "Wood Grain.". The birds are Brilliant Blue with Groovy Guave bellies and So Saffron beaks. I stickled their eyes with Black. The branches are Mellow Moss. Gotta love the embossing!
We had a great class tonight, good work and lots of fun! A few stayed around and went thru my scrap box, I needed to get rid of a lot! Heck, it's a large Walmart storage container, probably 3' x 2' x 2' deep! Til tomorrow.....
