Happy Friday, all! Just got back from a great dinner at Golden Corral! I love their Bourbon Street chicken!
I worked on this card this morning, using the video I found on Valita's blog. The tulips are made using the SU owl punch! And the leaves are cut with a circle punch - very hard to describe, you would need to watch the video! I used Bazzill Purple Textured cardstock, SU Whisper White and Certainly Celery. The nesties are from the Labels 15 set. I embossed the white one using the CB embossing folder "Square Lattice". The border is the SU Dotted Scalloped border punch. That lil owl is certainly a VERY veratile punch! Here is a link to the video:

Lucky girl, I haven't been to Golden Coral in years - I loved to go there when I was pregnant with my 12 year old daughter :) GORGEOUS card, lovely flowers and the colors just make your card pop - superb!
This is just beautiful!! What a great idea to use that punch for tulips!! I love yesterdays card as well with those butterflies!! I'm partial to butterflies!!
