Happy weekend, everyone! I was working on getting things together for this weeks' card classes and figured I would try out a card I saw on Pinterest. What a cute card Darlene's Designs posted! I took the basic design and made it my way. I used the SU Owl punch and the branch from the Bird Punch. The cake is from a Paper Trey Ink set as are the clouds. The Happy Birthday stamp came from a Fiskars acrylic set I found at Joann's some time ago, as is the saying on the inside. I used SU colors Elegant Eggplant, Calypso Coral, Wild Wasabi and Soft Suede. The design that I versamarked on the owls' vests I found in an acrylic set that I have no idea where it came from! But it worked! This one was SO much fun to work on. Til Monday....

Love the pop up card!! I've never actually tried making them myself but I've seen them around and would like to give it a try one day. Thank you for the inspiration!

I have never made a pop up card before. You have totally outdone yourself on these. Don't you tink it's hard to give them away after spending so much time on them to make them just right? Et
