Good afternoon, ya all! It's Wednesday, the middle of the week...time to post another card! Just finished organizing all my ribbon. Wow, I don't think I need to buy anymore for a LONG time! Ha! I am a sucker for pretty ribbon. Today's card is made with another card and envelope like the one I posted yesterday, only a different color. I used SU set, Sassy Stems; stamped the image with black Versafine and colored them with my Prismacolor pencils. Blended the colors with Gamsol and added white Hot Fix pearls as the centers of the flowers. The water in the vase was colored and then I applied Crystal Effects. While it was wet, I sprinkled it with SU Dazzling Diamonds. The Sizzix frame was cut from Doodlebug Lily White Sugared cardstock. Don't you just LOVE the sparkle of that cardstock?! The flower on the envelope was punched with the new Boho Flower punch by SU and it also has a pearl Hot Fix applied as the center. The tag was stamped with Circle of Friendship SU stamp set and I cut circles with my circle punches. I absolutely love turquoise and teal, use it quite a bit for my cards. I need to make a "Walmart Run" this afternoon. The battery on my Kodak camera died this morning, so I had to use hubby's Sony camera. Watch for tomorrow's post......will be doing a "special" item cut from my Circut Expressions! I may even use the Cricut Design Studio, now that I have figured out some of that software.
