Well, I really didn't think I would be posting anything today.......BUT!! I had errands to run this morning and decided to stop at our local craft store to pick up a roll of ribbon a friend had told me about. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They had punches on sale for 1.97 and ribbon TO DIE FOR!!! LOL!! Walked outta there with a nice sized bag of goodies! I did get some embroidery done today, but decided that one of the rolls of ribbon was calling my name TOO loudly! Here is the card:

I used California Paper Goods Constellation for the base card. The ribbon is lavender irridescent with beautiful embroidered swirls in it. It was wire edged ribbon, but I pulled the wire out and sprayed the back of it with my Sulky Temp Adhesive that I use when I applique fabric. The edge of the ribbon is a trim I found on clearance at the store today. I used my nesties to cut the ovals and the floral stamp is from Lizzy Anne Designs. I just LOVE this card! I punched the corners with a Corner Adorner and used Stickles StarDust to embellish the corners and the flower on the oval. There is really more color in the ribbon than is showing thru my camera. That's why I chose the Soft Sky and Lavender Lilac cardstock from SU. Gee, maybe I will give it to hubby so he can give it to me on Valentine's Day and I will tell him it needs to have some cash in it to spend on more craft supplies?!! What do ya think about that?! At least he won't need to buy a card!

Enough of the crafting today. I really need to finish a few sweatshirts this afternoon and maybe just relax this evening. Til Monday, have a great weekend!
