I did this card yesterday for a challenge. The patterned papers are from the DCWV Spring and SPring Glitter stacks. I used the new EK Success border punch called Waves on the edges. The pinwheels are done with a Paper Shaper punch in SU Ballet Blue, So Saffron, Certainly Celery and Pretty Pink. The base card is Ballet Blue. I found the saying in last year's anniversary stamp set from Paper Trey Ink. Kinda a fun card, don't ya think?! Pretty simple design. Til tomorrow....
