Happy Monday, all! I hope everyone has had a good weekend.....I certainly did! Yesterday afternoon I was able to work on more Christmas cards for the craft show. Did 2 of this card, the other one is done in reverse, flower on the bottom and the patterned paper on the top. I used SU Poinsettia-patterned paper, Bazzill Green Textured cardstock for the base card and gold shiney ribbon from the local craft store. The "Merry Christmas" is from the Paper Trey set "Believe. I punched it and the green shadow with the Modern Label SU punch. Now, the flower is done with 2 sizes of velvet petals. They came from an arrangement that all the girls in my card classes gave me 2 years ago at Christmas time. The flowers were arranged on sticks in a basket and among the flowers they had put sticks with money folded, attached to more sticks. It was the neatest thing! What a great bunch of gals they are to teach! So, til tomorrow......
